Small prints are shipped inside a sturdy cardboard envelope. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in a postage tube. Prints on canvas, mugs and bottles are shipped in a cardboard box.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, packages should take around 3-5 business days to Europe and around 7-12 business days to USA/Australia although they can on occasion take longer, especially during the holidays.

PAYMENT

I accept payment by paypal only. 

SHIPPING

When your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming that order. The items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of purchase.

Items will be shipped to the address that appears on your receipt. You are responsible for providing Camino Estrella with correct billing and shipping information. If you refuse a shipment from Camino Estrella or do not pick up your package, and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, any assessed customs duties or taxes, and a 25% restocking fee. This total will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item or refund your money EXCLUDING shipping costs up to 14 days after you have received your order. 

You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as paying return shipping costs. Please note that the Item(s) must be returned (at buyer’s cost) and received undamaged and in original condition within 14 days.
